About Restless Legs Syndrome

Autumn has come a big day. When the diurnal difference is large, the muscles and nerves become sensitive to adapt to the temperature change, and the symptoms associated with it become frequent. One of the many symptoms is restless legs syndrome. 

Restless legs syndrome refers to symptoms that are unstable and unstable. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Restless legs syndrome is a disease that causes discomfort to the sleeping surface due to severe discomfort in the legs before sleeping. 

About 6% of Korean adults are suffering from this disease, which is said to be worse at night than during the day. If you do not move your legs, it gets worse, but if you move your legs often, you will return to normal.

Stress also aggravates the restless leg syndrome and pregnancy and hormonal changes are known to temporarily worsen the restless leg syndrome. 

Restless legs syndrome expresses a feeling of uncomfortable feeling on the legs, feet, hands, and torso, but it is uncomfortable if it does not move, and it seems to have improved when it moves. 

More than half of the patients feel that the lower limbs are aware of the tremor at the time of sleep and feel difficulty in entering the sleep. So, during the daytime, I often get tired or sleepy.

Oriental medicine is known to be the best treatment for restless leg syndrome. Restless legs syndrome has many abnormal findings on the test but it can be treated with acupuncture, moxibustion, herbal medicine, herbal medicine, chuna and so on.
